About this project
Illustrations inspired by the following folk masks from Japanese culture;
Hannya - Representation of the confusing human feelings such as passion, jealousy and hatred.
Hyottoko - The spirit of luck.
Kitsune - A spirit with magical powers of transformation. They are known as tricksters, teachers, and skilled in magic.
